Great video! I hope you do more of them. As to breathing, aggressive swirling in the glass really helps, but try pouring the boxed red wine with 10"-12" of fall from the valve to the bottom of the glass. Or pour it back and forth from one glass to another. (I think I'll call these tricks "speed breathing").
