In his ongoing quest to sort the Syrah from the Shiraz, Steve delves Down Under to discover what Aussie vintage pairs best with kangaroo steaks. In this episode, Steve samples a $6.99 bottle of 2004 Yellow Tail Shiraz and a $9.39 bottle of 2003 Step Road Shiraz from Black Wing.
